With Tabletop Displays and Exhibitors around the perimeter and Reserved Appointment Tables filling the center of the room, the Trading Room is a lively center of activity! Companies will want to ensure they have a presence here in order to maximize their business appointment schedule.
Trading Room Fees
RESERVED APPOINTMENT TABLE
A round table, set with up to eight (8) chairs, on the Trading Room floor. Tabletop stands will be provided to number tables, but all branding (table covers, tabletop signage, etc.) must fit on the tabletop only and may not be located on the floor or beside your designated table.

TABLETOP DISPLAY
A 6' tabletop display area around the perimeter of the Trading Room.

EXHIBIT
Approximately 10' x 10' space inside the Trading Room which includes a standard 6' table plus room for your company's custom booth, banners or displays.

*Exhibitors are prohibited from tearing down displays before the Trading Room formally closes for the conference.
New for 2027: Trade Hours & General Session
To support our shared mission and ensure our entire community can experience our main-stage programming together, ASTA Leadership has established a new schedule flow for this year’s event. The Trade Floor and Private Meeting rooms will be closed during the General Session. Please plan your meetings and floor visits accordingly. The trade floor will promptly open immediately after the general session.
Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor prior to January 8, 2027, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee (not just the deposit) plus a $250 processing fee. If received after January 8, 2027, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee. Reductions or downsizing in booth space will be treated as booth cancellations; refunds will be made accordingly.
