There are a limited number of Private Meeting Rooms available. Once a Private Meeting Room request has been paid for via this registration site, you will be connected with a Hyatt hotel partner to begin formalizing your meeting room needs. Securing a meeting room during this process means a meeting room is available for you to book. You do not need to be attending the conference to register for private meeting space. 

Room rental fees are charged to secure private meeting space during the conference via this registration website. F & B minimums, starting at $200++ per meeting room, per day, will be charged by the hotel in order to continually service and refresh your room. All food & beverage MUST BE ordered through the Hyatt Regency Orlando, and outside food & beverage is strictly prohibited.
