EXHIBITOR - BOOTH STAFF
Exhibitor registration only applies to exhibitors, and is a person who is supervising a display table, tabletop display or
exhibit during the conference. Max two (2) booth staff per table, display or booth.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations can be cancelled for a 75% refund until January 8, 2027. After January 8, 2027, your registration is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another attendee from your company at 100%.
STUDENTS & MEDIA
Students are welcome and encouraged to attend and take part in the Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference! Heavily attended by senior Seed Industry executives, this event provides an opportunity for students to get in front of potential employers. To apply for a complimentary student registration and/or poster presentation during the conference, please send a request - with a copy of your student ID - to Ann Ward (award@betterseed.org).
