ASTA's V&F gathers global industry leaders, researchers, and key stakeholders to exchange innovative insights, advance best practices, and explore new business opportunities while addressing challenges in the cultivation and commercialization of vegetable and flower seeds. An Attendee List is available to all. Contact information is shared with registered conference attendees making it easy to network ahead of the conference or schedule a meeting with fellow attendees during your time in San Diego.

For private meetings, involving meeting space, or if available, suites, please register first via our portal. You may register as an Admin who is attending or NOT attending the conference. Once your request has been made, you will receive an email with contact details and next steps to secure your meeting space.

Trading Room Fees
RESERVED APPOINTMENT TABLE
A round table, set with up to eight (8) chairs, on the Trading Room floor. Tabletop stands will be provided to number tables, but all branding (table covers, tabletop signage, etc.) must fit on the tabletop only and may not be located on the floor or beside your designated table.

EXHIBIT
Approximately 10' x 10' space inside the Trading Room which includes a standard 6' table plus room for your company's custom booth, banners or displays.

Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor prior to January 24, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee (not just the deposit) plus a $250 processing fee. If received after January 24, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee. Reductions or downsizing in booth space will be treated as booth cancellations; refunds will be made accordingly.
