Exhibits & Tabletops
With tabletops & exhibitors around the perimeter and appointment tables filling up the center of the room, the Trading Room is a lively center of activity! Companies will want to ensure they have a presence here in order to maximize their business appointment schedule. Tabletop displays circle perimeter of the ballroom and the pre-function space, while the bustling trading room floor features tables of 5 or 8 chairs where you can host your clients for business meetings.

Cancellation Policy:
Exhibits, Appointment Tables and Displays can be cancelled for a partial refund (50%) if received by email to meetings@betterseed.org on or before January 9, 2025. After January 9, 2025, refunds are not available.
