Exhibits & Tabletops

With tabletops & exhibitors around the perimeter and appointment tables filling up the center of the room, the Trading Room is a lively center of activity! Companies will want to ensure they have a presence here in order to maximize their business appointment schedule. Tabletop displays circle perimeter of the ballroom and the pre-function space, while the bustling trading room floor features tables of 5 or 8 chairs where you can host your clients for business meetings.

PRICING & OFFERINGS

This year we're offering a new process for selecting your exhibit and tabletop location in the Trading Room. All potential exhibitors will register via this site. Once your trading room table, exhibit or tabletop purchase is confirmed, you will be invited into our interactive floor plan site to select your location on the Trading Room floor.

ASTA Member: $1,425 (until 12/15/24)

Non-Member: $1,825 (until 12/15/24)

ASTA Member: $1,650 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Non-Member: $2,175 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Tabletop/Displays

Tables T1 - T43 (Inside the Ballroom)

ASTA Member: $1,025 (until 12/15/24)

Non-Member: $1,350 (until 12/15/24)

ASTA Member: $1,250 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Non-Member: $1,475 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Approximately 6 x 6 space, may include a standard 6' table or room for banners & displays within your identified area 

  

Reserved Appointment Tables

Tables 1 - 98 (Inside the Ballroom)

ASTA Member: $500 (until 12/15/24)

Non-Member: $900 (until 12/15/24)

ASTA Member: $650 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Non-Member: $1,050 (12/16/24 - conference start)

Trading Room floor tables may be tables of 5 or 8 based on your company needs

The Trading Room, located in the Grand Cypress Ballroom, will be open as follows: 

Friday, January 31

Saturday, February 1

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Set-up only)

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday, February 2

Monday, February 3

7:00 am - 6:00 pm

7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tear-down 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

Tuesday, February 4

7:00 am - 10:00 am - Open tables in the ballroom foyer will be available for remaining appointments

Cancellation Policy: 

Exhibits, Appointment Tables and Displays can be cancelled for a partial refund (50%) if received by email to meetings@betterseed.org on or before January 9, 2025. After January 9, 2025, refunds are not available.
