In 2025, the ASTA Vegetable & Flower show will return to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Important locations to note for ASTA programming are below. Private meeting rooms will be available on both the lobby and conference levels in easy walking distance to the conference.

ASTA Member: $1,200 (3+ days)

ASTA Non-Member: $1,800 (3+ days)

ASTA Member: $650 per day (1 - 2 days)

ASTA Non-Member: $650 per day (1 - 2 days)
Meeting space location preference is given to those wishing to book for three (3) or more days.

There are a limited number of private meeting rooms available. Once a private meeting space request has been paid for via this site, you will be connected within five (5) business days with a Hyatt hotel partner to begin formalizing your meeting room needs. All meeting room locations will be confirmed for your company by December 22, 2024.
