Trading Room Fees

RESERVED APPOINTMENT TABLE

A round table, set with up to eight (8) chairs, on the Trading Room floor. Tabletop stands will be provided to number tables, but all branding (table covers, tabletop signage, etc.) must fit on the tabletop only and may not be located on the floor or beside your designated table.

TABLETOP DISPLAY

A 6' tabletop display area around the perimeter of the Trading Room.

Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor prior to January 24, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee (not just the deposit) plus a $250 processing fee. If received after January 24, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee. Reductions or downsizing in booth space will be treated as booth cancellations; refunds will be made accordingly.
