Access to Hyatt conference team to book ASTA-contracted hotel meeting rooms for your private business meetings. F&B/Revenue minimums ranging from $1,500 - $3,500 per day + service/tax will apply to ensure proper service and maintenance of the space. Specifications provided on this form are provided to the hotel to assist in assigning meeting room locations. Companies not signing guarantee forms with the Hyatt within a timely manner upon receipt may lose space on hold and ASTA cannot guarantee additional meeting room availability.
