ReFreSH represents a transformative shift in phytosanitary certification, moving away from the traditional consignment-by-consignment model to an innovative approach based on the accreditation of seed production processes and producers.
During this discussion session, companies participating in the ReFreSH pilot exercise will engage in an open dialogue with APHIS representatives. The conversation will focus on identifying potential opportunities to streamline the certification process, benefiting both industry participants and National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs). This session aims to foster collaboration, address challenges, and enhance the efficiency of phytosanitary certification under the ReFreSH framework.
