The new home of ASTA's flagship December event, now called the Field Crop Seed Convention, is a game-changer in terms of business networking and making connections. There are over 40 small meeting rooms directly surrounding the heart of the convention, the Regency Ballroom, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Beginning in 2023, ASTA has taken steps to enhance the services for our small meeting room companies. By virtue of the fact that all meeting rooms are so close in proximity to our new exhibit hall, complimentary breakfast and lunch food will be provided each day, and a business services station will also be available for those last-minute meeting needs.

Please note that in order to foster this new, robust networking environment, all private meeting spaces must be within the Celebration, Bay Hill, Challenger, Discovery, or "Spring" series of rooms (near the Regency Ballroom) and suites will not be permitted as small meeting spaces.
