2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Set-up)

Tuesday, December 8

7:30 a.m.  - 8:30 p.m.  (Set-Up)
10:30 a.m.  - 3:30 p.m. (Dedicated Hours)
4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Welcome Reception)

Wednesday, December 9

10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Dedicated Hours)
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  (Closing Reception) 

Thursday, December 10

7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  (Tear-down) 

Dedicated expo hours are designated times during which little to no programming is scheduled, ensuring attendee attention is focused on the exhibit hall; outside of these hours, the hall is closed so that expo staff are free to attend sessions and schedule meetings without missing booth coverage.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor prior to October 9, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee (not just the deposit) plus a $250 processing fee. If received after October 9, 2026, ASTA will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee. Reductions or downsizing in booth space will be treated as booth cancellations; refunds will be made accordingly.
