THE NETWORKING HUB

With tabletops & exhibitors around the perimeter and appointment tables filling up the center of the room, the Trading Room is a lively center of activity! Companies will want to ensure they have a presence here in order to maximize their business appointment schedule. Tabletop displays circle perimeter of the ballroom and the pre-function space, while the bustling trading room floor features tables of 4, 6 or 8 chairs where you can host your clients for business meetings..

This year we're offering a new registration process for booking exhibits and tabletops, appointment tables and securing private meeting space. To help you and your company prepare, pricing details are available as follows: 
 

Exhibit Space

  

ASTA Member: $1,425

Non-Member: $1,825 

10 x 10 area, ballroom foyer

  

Tabletop/Exhibit Display

  

ASTA Member: $1,025

Non-Member: $1,425

Approximately 6 x 6 space, may include a standard 6' table or room for banners & displays within your identified area 

  

Reserved Appointment Tables

  

ASTA Member: $500

Non-Member: $900

Trading Room floor tables may be tables of 4, 6 or 8 based on your company needs

  

Private Meeting Space

  

ASTA Member: $1,200

Non-Member: $1,600

Food & Beverage minimums start at $150 ++ per room, per day. Private meeting space locations will be assigned by the Grand Cypress by 12/15/24.

The Trading Room, located in the Grand Cypress Ballroom, will be open as follows:

Saturday, February 1

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Set-up only)

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday, February 2

Monday, February 3

7:00 am - 6:00 pm

7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tear-down 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

Tuesday, February 4

7:00 am - 10:00 am - Open tables in the ballroom foyer will be available for remaining appointments
