One of the central missions of the ASTA Policy & Leadership Development Conference is to offer leadership development training and networking for those newer to the seed business. As such, the conference agenda features an entire track of leadership development sessions (see below), as well as a special registration rate for those who are eligible for our Leadership Development track.

Additionally, ASTA can provide a template approval letter for you to use in your own workplace to help relay the value of participating in the event upon request. Send your request to jcrouse@betterseed.org if you would like a template approval letter.

If you have been in the seed industry for five years or less, the Leadership Development option will be appear for you as you register and answer related questions. We look forward to welcoming you!
