What’s Included: Exhibit spaces have up to 10’ wide and include: • One 6’ skirted table with two chairs • Electrical power (if requested) • Company listing in the ASTA program of events ,on screen in general sessions, and links to your description and website in the ASTA app • One complimentary promotional email to the ASTA registration list (sent by ASTA on your behalf) • Wireless Internet access • Registration to the conference for one designated exhibit representative, including access to all events (excl. tours and sports outings)

Cancellation of booth reservations must be received in writing no later than May 18, 2024 and will be eligible for a refund less a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after May 18, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASTA, the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
