Connie is the founding General Partner at Farmhand Ventures, a venture studio building the future of work in agriculture. She is an experienced and hands-on investor, advisor, and operator. She was an early team member at The Yield Lab (STL based), founding Executive Director of the Yield Lab Institute (STL based), and has been involved in 45+ AgTech startup investments, including New West Genetics, Grain Weevil, Global Neighbor, and Covercress. As a thought-leader, she contributes to Forbes, AgFunder, and other outlets. Connie also has experience managing and working alongside seasonal farm workers in organic and conventional hemp, blueberry and hazelnut production. Connie is a graduate of Swarthmore College (B.S. General Engineering.)
