What does resilience look like and how is it developed? What is the difference between resilience, hardiness, and grit? How do we manage stressful situations and move forward with motivation and a sense of well-being?
In our busy day-to-day lives, stress can easily take over, impacting us both personally and professionally. Fortunately, when equipped with the right tools and frameworks, people and organizations tend to be adaptable.
This session will help participants in visualizing what resilience looks like and how they can frame and apply a personal, meaningful awareness of resilience. Participants will leave with a heightened ability to transition challenges into developmental experiences and understand how to apply key resilience-developing skills in their day-to-day work and life.
