Eric DeBlieck is the Director of Crop Sciences with Grain Millers. Eric has been focusing on food-grade oat and corn production with Grain Millers since the spring of 2013. This focus has allowed him to learn many of the extensive aspects of production, grain quality, and what makes a quality food ingredient. He uses this knowledge to collaborate with producers, researchers, and industry counterparts to develop and apply methods to grow quality food ingredients for the milling industry.

Eric earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota. He currently lives in the greater Minneapolis area with his wife but spends time traveling the growing regions of North America.
