Please note: If you have exhibited, sponsored, or hosted a private meeting room at this event before, you likely already have a profile created to register for 2024 in our new "Expo Genie" system. You should have received a welcome/credentials email if so; contact jcrouse@betterseed.org if you need another copy.

Our new floor plan includes more foyer booths, an earlier start time, and reserved appointment tables throughout the exhibit hall.
ASTA general sessions are also located right next to the exhibit hall this year.

The Seed Expo 2024 schedule will be as follows:

•Monday, Dec. 9: Shepard Expo setup, registration opens
•2:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Premium (lobby) booths setup
•Tuesday, Dec. 10:
•8:00am – 12:00 pm: Exhibitor setup, Production Workshop
•12:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Seed Expo opens, reception 5 – 6:30 (inside the expo hall)
•Wednesday, December 11:
•8:00 am – 5:00 pm: Seed Expo open
•11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Exhibit tours
•Thursday, December 12:
•8:00 am – 1:30 pm: Seed Expo open
•1:30 – 4:00 pm: Tear-down (two final ASTA sessions at 1:30 and 2:45 pm)
