The session includes an in-depth briefing on the U.S. tariffs on vegetable and flower seed from China, including information on ASTA’s tariff exclusion request from law firm Hogan Lovells, and an update from customs broker and duty drawback specialist Sarah Stroth of NF Stroth and Associates on tools available for impacted companies. Lastly, ASTA’s international staff will discuss grant programs designed to open up new markets for vegetable and flower seed production.
