Jason Brown is a former NFL offensive lineman who made one of the most remarkable career pivots in professional sports. After earning a multimillion-dollar contract with the St. Louis Rams, Jason walked away from football at the height of his career to answer a higher calling— serving God, his family, and his community through farming.

Today, Jason and his wife, Tay, are the founders of First Fruits Farm in Louisburg, North Carolina, where they have grown and donated more than two million pounds of fresh produce to those in need. What began as an act of faith has blossomed into a thriving ministry and educational hub dedicated to faith, food, and community transformation.

Through his journey “from the gridiron to the green fields,” Jason inspires audiences with lessons of purpose, perseverance, and planting seeds—both in the soil and in the hearts of others. His work bridges the gap between agriculture and outreach, encouraging small farmers to see themselves as stewards of both land and lives.

Jason’s inspiring story has been featured all over the World and his keynote challenges and equips audiences to cultivate hope, resilience, and faith—one seed at a time.
