Risa is a former ASTA chair and Co-Founder of GO Seed, the U.S. leader in cover crop research, breeding and education. Headquartered in Salem, Oregon, GO Seed has ben providing novel solutions for growing concerns for over 25 years. She has been actively engaged in the seed industry for over 35 years.
Attendees will gain insights into the fundamentals of mentorship, different relationship styles, and effective practices for identifying, establishing, and maintaining mentor-mentee connections. Practical guidance on navigating challenges and maximizing the value of these relationships will also be discussed.
