Dr. Ben West is the founder and CEO of Risora Consulting, which helps organizations in conservation and agriculture with strategy, communications, training, fundraising, and partnership development. He currently serves as executive director of Farmer’s for Soil Health, a collaboration between the National Corn Growers Association, National Pork Board, and United Soybean Board, to advance the use of soil health practices in agriculture. With an academic background in natural resources, Ben has worked across the higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors in several roles, including as professor, administrator, project manager, and senior development director. His passion lies in helping propel big ideas in conservation and agriculture.
