Sarika Negi is the Accreditation Manager for USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service - Plant Protection and Quarantine. She maintains oversight functions of the National Seed Health System (NSHS). This includes working closely with the NSHS Policy and Procedures Advisory Board to establish and maintain policy and priorities, criteria and regulations for accreditation and, grant official accreditation to entities. She has served in this role for over 10 years and worked at the USDA for over 20 years.
