Sarika Negi serves as the Accreditation and Certification Policy Manager for USDA APHIS Plant Protection and Quarantine, where she oversees the National Seed Health System (NSHS). In this role, she works closely with the NSHS Policy and Procedures Advisory Board to establish and maintain policies, priorities, criteria, and regulations for accreditation, and grants official accreditation to entities. Sarika has held this position for over 10 years and brings more than 20 years of experience with USDA, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of seed health programs that support U.S. agriculture and international trade.
