Responsible for the entire Global Supply Chain in HM.Clause; covering all operational and administrative processes from supply planning and seed production with third-party growers, through seed processing and quality testing in our regional factories and labs, until delivery of commercial seed final product form to our customers and distributors.
With 30 year experience as a vegetable seed supply chain executive having held several positions at Seminis, Monsanto and HM.Clause since 8 years, based out of California. In previous positions he was the Manufacturing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa region for Monsanto Vegetables, based in Netherlands, and prior to that held a similar role in Singapore, where he spearheaded the optimization and expansion of the Supply Chain infrastructure across the entire Asia-Pacific region.
Ghis has a strong background in Supply Chain management, Protected Agriculture, Seed Technology-Research, Processing technology, Process Engineering, and IT/ERP system implementation, studied Business Economics & Logistics in The Netherlands and holds an Executive International MBA from Tilburg-Purdue-Hannover University.
