Maria Fraile Reyes is in charge of Seed Quality Control, International Regulations, and Internal Operations at MAR Seed Company. Officially, she has over five years in the vegetable seed industry, born and raised in an agricultural environment. Maria studied Biotechnology Engineering and brought fresh perspectives into the family business. She has participated as speaker in various forums to raise awareness on Seed Quality, Seed Health, and International Trade. Always participative, she was named Coordinator of the Phytosanitary Working Group at AMSAC in 2021, moreover, for the 50th Anniversary of the Mexican Seed Association she was recognized as Female Leader of the Future Generation in the Seed Industry. Maria describes herself as a proud Mexican woman focused on bringing solutions, one seed at the time.
