Kimberly is an experienced Agribusiness Leader with a demonstrated 25+ year history of working in the vegetable seed industry. She is skilled in Strategic Planning, Team Development, Product Development, Seed Production, Supply Chain, and Research. She recently completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree focused on Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation research contributes to complexity leadership theory by better understanding the relationship between leadership, organizational structure, and managing the next generation in Agribusiness.

When Kimberly is not sharing information and experiences with growers in North America or colleagues in the seed industry worldwide, she is volunteering her time as the board of directors chair at Operation Surf. Operation Surf changes lives one wave at a time through adaptive surfing, compassionate mentorship, and the healing powers of the ocean. Kimberly also enjoys spending time with her husband and their four kids either surfing, hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding near their home in San Luis Obispo, CA.
