Joe McGuire is a 30-year veteran of the Fresh Produce industry. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Joe moved to California to start his career and has worked for such organizations as Freshco (now Fresh Express), Dole Fresh Vegetables, Bolthouse Farms, Ready Pac, CH Robinson (Rosemont Farms) and the Castellini Companies. He has broad experience in fresh produce supply chains and spent the better part of his career working with the full varieties of fresh lettuces while working for these great organizations. He now brings his experience and skills to the next frontier of fresh salad innovation with Pure Green Farms and their highly automated, hands free production of baby lettuces grown and marketed in the Midwest.
