Private Company Meeting Space

Planning on hosting your own meetings or events during the ASTA Vegetable & Flower Seed Conference?

ASTA has a process to facilitate companies' own plans surrounding the conference:

  1. Complete the Affiliated Event request form and send it back to ASTA for review and approval, along with a nominal function space fee.
  2. Your request will be reviewed against the ASTA schedule, considering the day/time/size of your function.
  3. Once approved, a receipt will be sent to you and ASTA staff will confirm your space, connect you with the hotel and a/v teams to detail any food/beverage/audio-visual needs for the room.
