The items below will be required for fulfillment.

ASTA will work with each Strategic Partner directly to create an agreement for the current fiscal year package. Sponsor to provide a current, high-resolution logo to ASTA for printed materials by specified deadlines and sponsor must provide ASTA with prior proofs and notice of all promotional graphics and messaging prior to their final manufacture/printing. Sponsor is responsible for design, printing, and labor for install/dismantle of custom graphics within the conference hotel.
