Congressman Randy Feenstra serves as the U.S. Representative for Iowa’s 4th congressional district. The district covers much of the northwestern quadrant of the state, including Sioux City, but stretches as far east as Ames and Mason City. Congressman Feenstra also previously served as Sioux County Treasurer from 2006 to 2008, and as city administrator for Hull, Iowa for seven years.
