Claudia Germeshausen is the Global Lead of Organizational Development (OD) at HM.CLAUSE, an international vegetable seed company. As the Global Lead of OD, she is responsible for all of the strategic talent management processes and programs that support an employee's life at HM.CLAUSE, such as onboarding, learning and development, performance management and succession planning. She has over 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Claudia earned her Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing Management from Baruch College, City University of NY and her Masters in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
