Ben Alexandrowicz is attending Iowa State University in pursuit of a Masters of Science in Seed Technology and Business. He works full-time for Silvaseed Company in Washington State as a grower of reforestation seedlings and manager of their conifer seed collections and processing. Outside of work and school he spends his time in the mountains fly fishing and backcountry nordic skiing. Ben started his career as a practitioner of ecological restoration and as a part of that work discovered his passion for collecting, processing, and learning about native plant seed.
