Jessica joined the Biotechnology Regulatory Services of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS-BRS) in early 2021. Among other management responsibilities in BRS, she has leadership over international outreach. Prior to joining BRS, she had worked in APHIS International Services, supporting global trade and technical capacity building efforts for animal and plant health.
