Mr. Croegaert joined Verdant Partners in 2015 as an Associate and was promoted to a Director in 2019 before becoming a Partner in 2022. Verdant is a strategic consulting and M&A advisory firm dedicated to the global food and agriculture sectors. Prior to joining Verdant, Mr. Croegaert held positions with Deere & Co. and TIAA-CREF / Westchester, LLC. in accounting and asset management.
Mr. Croegaert attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he studied Agricultural Accounting.
