As Director of Business Information Security, Jayson is responsible for articulating the design and strength of the OneAmerica cybersecurity program to its customers and for listening to the cybersecurity needs of our customers, external partners, and industry trends in order to promote improvements and enhancements to the program.
Before joining OneAmerica in 2020, Jayson managed a team of cyber professionals within Governance Risk and Compliance at Salesforce. Prior to that Jayson managed third party risk assessments for Eli Lilly. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is grateful for the 18+ year career he is enjoying in the Information Security space.
