Critical Thinking and Challenging Assumptions

§ Build awareness for challenging assumptions when we tackle a new problem. This session explores the skills that enable us to break old patterns and establish new ones. This experience will allow participants to distinguish the difference between useful assumptions and those that limit potential.

§ Desire (Is your team on-board [inspired] to tackle the challenge?)

§ Knowledge (Does your team know what’s expected of them?)
