Ms. Nyeemah Grazier is an Attorney of the Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA) at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As a member of OPIA’s Patent Team, Ms. Grazier manages a diverse portfolio of international and domestic patent law matters. Particularly, Ms. Grazier is responsible for reviewing patent policy-related matters in Japan, South Korea, North Korea, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, Ms. Grazier also works with counterparts at the Trilateral (Japan, Europe, and United States) and IP5 (United States, Japan, Europe, China, and Korea) offices to enhance patent quality and efficiencies and responsible for policies relating to plant variety protection and the UPOV system.
