Jan Stechmann is Vice President, Sales and Marketing with Ceradis Crop Protection B.V. In this role he is responsible for global sales and marketing, business development and execution of orders with a key focus on the Americas. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2019 Stechmann served as President, CEO of HELM Agro US where he led strategic initiatives to accelerate innovation, growth and profitability of the U.S. crop protection portfolio and business expansion plans. Previously, Stechmann also held executive roles in global product management and product development with HELM AG, based in Hamburg Germany. Stechmann holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from The Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Institut für Aussenhandel am Lämmermarkt e.V. in Germany. A high-impact leader with 23 years of international business management experience, Stechmann has worked in Europe, Asia, South America and the U.S.
