Andrew Walmsley rejoined the Florida Farm Bureau Federation in 2023 as Director of Legislative Affairs managing State and federal government affairs. He has spent the past eleven years as the Senior Director of Government Affairs for the American Farm Bureau Federation in Washington D.C. where he led the farm policy team along with managing energy, climate, transportation, and biotechnology issues. Andrew previously served Florida Farm Bureau as Assistant Director of Agricultural Policy from 2006-2011. He is a sixth-generation Floridian and a proud graduate of the University of Florida. He resides in Tallahassee with his wife, their three children, and their dog Dixie.
