Jagresh Rana serves as a member of the Strategy & Sustainability Leadership Team in his role as Global Head of Business Development & Licensing. In this role, his team is responsible for developing, negotiation and execution of traits & CP collaboration & licensing plans including supply of select post-patent crop protection products; scouting for assets or collaboration to build robust portfolio offering in our brands; managing divestment of key assets and managing post-closing obligations. Jagresh began working at Monsanto in 1997 in India and has held roles in a range of local, regional, and global leadership positions across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the U.S.
