This year's CSS & Seed Expo will immediately strike you as a reinvented experience when you arrive. After a year apart, ASTA is thrilled to bring our members and friends back together again and have a good time doing it!

Introducing....the new "Villages" of the CSS & Seed Expo!

This year, participants will have the chance to roam around our new "Villages," themed to the major segments of our conference sessions and exhibitors. Each village contains a session theatre, relevant exhibitors to those sessions, networking tables and lounges and our new "Food Truck" simulations - creating a new small plates food festival around the entire event. 

AND - in order to help celebrate the ability to get together again - each village will host a networking reception EVERY NIGHT during the conference.
 

"LEAD Village" includes a new session series on career development, management skills, and the new Seed Expo Lab Showcase. As such, exhibitors in this area feature labs, research firms, universities, ag organizations and the like. This village will be located inside the Grand Ballroom of the East Tower at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
LEAD Village Reception: Monday, Dec 6, 5 - 6:30 pm!

"TREAT Village" includes all sessions and exhibitors related to seed treatment - and its food trucks will offer some great treats to go with it! This village will be located inside the Grand Hall of the East Tower at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
TREAT Village Reception: Tuesday, Dec. 7, 5 - 6:30 pm!

"TECH Village" showcases all the latest and greatest digital and precision agriculture firms, software, IT, drones, you name it - as well as sessions on new technology and the return of the Ag Tech Innovation Showcase. This village will be located inside the Regency Ballroom of the West Tower at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
TECH Village Reception: Wednesday, Dec. 8, 5- 6:30 pm!

"FIELD Village" comprises the field equipment, seed processing/sorting, and supply chain (logistics/packaging) exhibitors who make the industry run, a session theatre hosting several ASTA conference sessions - even a NEW lounge with circular bar! This village will be located inside the Riverside Center of the East Tower at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
FIELD Village Closing Holiday Reception: Thursday, Dec. 9, 12 - 1pm - with grand prize winners announced!

Also new and different this year...

ASTA general sessions will be held in the Crystal Ballroom (West Tower) on the mornings of Tuesday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 8, and ASTA registration will be located in the East Tower LOBBY of the Hyatt Regency Chicago. See the conference agenda for more information.
