Jeff Claxton is the current President of The Association of American Seed Control Officials. Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is employed by the Texas Department of Agriculture, he started his career with the Department in November of 1998 as a seed analyst. He is currently the Seed Quality Manager and oversees both the Seed Law Program and Seed Certification Program for the State of Texas. Jeff has been an active member of The Association of American Seed Control Officials since 2013 and is serving his first year of a 2-year term as President.
