Arlene is a 4th generation farm owner/manager, with a Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan and more than 28 years experience with Bayer Crop Science in several roles and countries. As the global Product Development Lead for Ecosystem Markets, she is responsible for creating high quality, cost effect and scalable carbon assets that will enable a carbon zero future for the ag industry.
