Oswaldo is RiceTec's Global Lead for Human Resources, a position he assumed upon joining the company in 2012. He is responsible for setting the strategy and direction for RiceTec's Human Resources around the world, including workforce planning, organizational development, compensation, health and safety, and community outreach. Oswaldo has 20 years of International Human Resource experience, including 10 in the Agriculture Industry. He currently serves as a member of the LEAD Committee for ASTA. Oswaldo earned his B.A. and MBA from Mexico's Tecnol6gico de Monterrey, along to diverse Executive Training from Cornell, Purdue and Stanford.
