Planning on hosting your own meetings or events during the CSS & Seed Expo? Regardless of whether you're looking for a small meeting room, guest room suite, or even a large ballroom space, ASTA has got you covered. Coming soon - special packages from the Hyatt Regency Chicago will make it even easier this year to plan out your space!

ASTA has a process to facilitate companies' own plans surrounding the conference:

1. Complete the Affiliated Event request form and send it back to ASTA for review and approval, along with a nominal function space fee.
2. Your request will be reviewed against the ASTA schedule, considering the day/time/size of your function.
3. Your request can be for either the Hyatt Regency Chicago or the Swissotel Chicago (the two official ASTA hotels).
4. Once approved, a receipt will be sent to you and ASTA staff will connect with the hotel teams to determine your space needs and confirm your location assignment, as well as detailing any food/beverage/audio-visual needs for the room.
