Dr. Katy Martin Rainey is an Associate Professor of Soybean Genetics & Breeding in the Department of Agronomy at Purdue University. She studies genetic improvement of soybeans for increased yield and better quality using multidisciplinary approaches. She is the Director of the Purdue Soybean Center, the co-founder of Progeny Done, Inc. and an Innovation am Entrepreneurship Ambassador for the Purdue College of Agriculture.
