Dr. Nic Bate has led the Crop Science Team at Pairwise since August of 2018, in addition to being the Project Lead for Stone Fruits. Nic has over 20 years of industry experience including leading the Agronomic Traits program at Syngenta from 2009 until joining Pairwise. Nic holds a PhD from the University of Guelph in Canada and has held research positions in government (Agriculture Canada) as well as at Pioneer Hi-Bred (now Corteva).
