As Business Director of Germains Seed Technology's North American business, I am a member of Germains Leadership Team and am responsible for the strategy and P&L of our horticulture and R&D operations in California and the sugar beet operation in North Dakota. I have held a variety of roles in the 30+ years I have been with Germains, and I can genuinely say that there has never been a more exciting time to work for Germains.
