Registration Rates for the conference are as follows (early registration ends Nov. 15, 2019):
- Delegates: $375 member/$750 non-member (after Nov. 15: $450 member/$825 non-member)
- One-Day registration (sessions and expo access): $199 member/$399 non-member (after Nov. 15: $250 member/$450 non-member)
- Expo Pass (expo access only):$100 member/non-member
- Networking Only (no tradeshow or expo access): $100 member/$150 non-member
ASTA Hotel Rates are available only to conference registrants and links can be accessed within the conference registration process only. The following rates are in effect until November 15, 2019:
- Hyatt Regency Chicago: $169 per night, plus tax, plus 25% parking discount
- Swissotel Chicago: $174 per night, plus tax
NOTICE: ASTA registration is required in order to use rooms in the ASTA group blocks at both the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Swissotel Chicago. These blocks will be cross-checked against ASTA registration. Non-registrants will be converted to a reservation outside of the ASTA block, at prevailing rates, prior to your departure in Chicago.
