Karen Withers, owner of AgCultured Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience in agriculture, international business, sales, export regulations, phytosanitary issues, and trade compliance. With a focus on the seed industry, Karen spent the first 15 years of her career with a large seed retailer, where she managed their International Department, navigating market access in over 115 countries. Since starting her consulting business in 2017, she has collaborated with companies and associations of all sizes and in many countries, covering employee training, business development, federal accreditation of seed programs, and various special projects.
